使用 对文（以下简称"本应用"）即表示您已阅读、理解并同意以下条款。若您不同意本条款，请勿使用本应用。

1. 服务说明

本应用是一款基于光学字符识别（OCR）与条码检测技术的文字核查与印刷品比对工具，面向企业质检场景，允许用户：

  • 通过相机拍摄或从相册/文件 App 导入待比对文本或印刷品图片；
  • 使用 Apple Vision 框架在设备本地自动识别图片中的文字信息；
  • 将识别结果与基准文本进行逐行逐字比对，生成差异报告；
  • 执行条码识别与比对，支持 QR、EAN-13、EAN-8、UPC-A/E、Code128、Code39、ITF-14、DataMatrix、PDF417、Aztec 等主流码制；
  • 导出 PDF 格式的检测报告，供存档和追溯使用；
  • 通过应用内购买解锁高级功能（详见第4条）。

本应用所有核心功能均在设备本地运行，内购验证除外。

2. 使用要求

您须为具有完全民事行为能力的自然人，或经合法授权代表企业/组织使用本应用。使用本应用，您须满足以下要求：

  • 您的设备运行 iOS 17.0 或更高版本；
  • 您已接受 Apple 的 App Store 服务条款；
  • 您仅为合法的核查、质检等专业用途使用本应用。

3. 用户责任

您同意在使用本应用时：

  • 不得将本应用用于任何违反中华人民共和国法律法规或您所在地区适用法律的目的；
  • 不得试图对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译、破解或提取源代码；
  • 不得利用本应用批量抓取、复制或传播任何受版权保护的内容；
  • 不得将本应用识别结果作为医疗、食品安全、法律合规等高风险决策场景的唯一依据，本应用仅作为辅助核查工具使用；
  • 对您使用本应用生成和存储的所有内容（包括检测项目、报告）负完全责任。

4. 应用内购买

4.1 购买与定价

本应用提供应用内购买（In-App Purchase）以解锁高级功能。具体功能项目和定价以应用内展示为准，开发者保留调整功能内容和定价的权利，变更将提前在应用内告知。

4.2 支付与结算

所有内购交易通过 Apple App Store 结算，受 Apple 服务条款及相关规定约束。开发者不直接处理任何支付信息，亦不存储任何支付卡号或账单信息。

4.3 退款政策

内购退款须通过 Apple App Store 申请，开发者无权直接处理退款。退款规则适用 Apple 的相关政策。如需申请退款，请前往 Apple 报告问题页面：https://reportaproblem.apple.com

4.4 购买恢复

若您更换设备或重新安装应用，可使用应用内「恢复购买」功能，恢复您此前在同一 Apple ID 下完成的内购项目，无需重复付费。

4.5 订阅（如适用）

如本应用提供订阅类内购，订阅按年或按月计费，并将在到期前自动续费。如果您不打算续订，请在当前订阅期结束至少 24 小时前手动取消，续订费用将在订阅期结束的 24 小时内收取。您可随时在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。任何未使用的免费试用期部分将在您购买订阅时自动 forfeited（免费试用资格自动失效）。

5. 知识产权

本应用（包括但不限于应用代码、界面设计、图标、品牌标识、算法逻辑）的全部知识产权归开发者所有，受中国及国际版权法律保护。

  • 本应用识别或生成的文本内容（如文档文字、条码数据）的知识产权归其原始权利人所有，本应用不主张对上述内容的任何权利。
  • 在您遵守本条款的前提下，开发者授予您一项有限的、非独家的、不可转让的、可撤销的个人使用许可，仅限于在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上以非商业目的使用本应用。

6. 免责声明

6.1 OCR 准确性

OCR 识别结果可能受图像质量、光照条件、字体样式、材质反光、图片分辨率等因素影响，无法保证 100% 准确。本应用提供的比对结果仅供参考，不应作为质量合格放行的唯一依据，建议由专业人员进行人工复核。

6.2 条码识别限制

条码识别效果受图片清晰度、条码占画面比例、安静区完整性等因素影响。建议拍摄时保持足够距离，确保条码安静区完整呈现于取景框内。

6.3 责任限制

在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或结果性损害承担责任，包括但不限于因识别错误导致的放行失误、生产损失或客户索赔。本应用按「现状」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及非侵权性保证。

7. Apple 平台条款

本应用通过 Apple App Store 分发。您在使用本应用时同时受 Apple 服务条款的约束。关于 Apple 平台的相关责任分配，特此说明：

  • 本应用的维护、技术支持及本条款所规定的责任由开发者独立承担，与 Apple 无关。
  • Apple 不对本应用及其内容承担任何责任。
  • 如发生因本应用违反第三方知识产权引起的索赔，开发者将承担相应责任（而非 Apple）。
  • Apple 及其关联公司是本条款的第三方受益人，有权在您接受本条款后对您执行本条款。

8. 终止

您可随时删除本应用以终止本协议，删除应用不会影响您此前已导出保存在本地的 PDF 报告文件，也不影响您已完成的内购权益（可在重装后通过「恢复购买」找回）。

若您违反本条款，开发者保留通过后续版本更新禁止或限制您访问本应用特定功能的权利。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款的订立、效力、解释和履行，以及由本条款引起的或与本条款有关的一切争议，均适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规范）。

  • 如因本条款发生争议，双方应首先协商解决；协商不成，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
  • 如您为欧盟、英国、澳大利亚等地区的消费者用户，上述适用法律条款不影响您在当地消费者保护法律下享有的强制性权利。

10. 条款变更

开发者保留修改本服务条款的权利。重大变更将通过应用版本更新加以通知，并在应用内「关于」页面展示。继续使用本应用即视为您接受更新后的条款。

TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading or using TXTdiff (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

The App is a text verification and printing comparison tool based on optical character recognition (OCR) and barcode detection technology, designed for enterprise quality inspection. It allows users to:

  • Capture photos via camera or import images from the photo library or Files app for text verification;
  • Automatically recognize text in images locally on-device using the Apple Vision framework;
  • Compare recognition results against reference text line by line and character by character to generate difference reports;
  • Perform barcode recognition and comparison, supporting QR, EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A/E, Code128, Code39, ITF-14, DataMatrix, PDF417, Aztec, and other major symbologies;
  • Export PDF inspection reports for archiving and traceability;
  • Unlock premium features through in-app purchases (see Section 4).

All core functionality runs locally on-device, except for in-app purchase verification.

2. Eligibility

You must be a natural person with full legal capacity, or a duly authorized representative of a company or organization. By using the App, you confirm that:

  • Your device runs iOS 17.0 or later;
  • You have accepted Apple's App Store Terms of Service;
  • You will use the App solely for lawful verification or quality inspection purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those of the People's Republic of China and any jurisdiction in which you operate;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or extract source code from the App;
  • Use the App to mass-scrape, copy, or distribute copyrighted content;
  • Rely solely on the App's recognition results as the basis for high-risk decisions in areas such as medical, food safety, or legal compliance — the App is intended as an assistive verification tool only;
  • Take full responsibility for all content (including inspection projects and reports) generated and stored using the App.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Purchases and Pricing

The App offers In-App Purchases (IAP) to unlock premium features. Specific feature items and pricing are as displayed within the App. The developer reserves the right to modify features and pricing, with advance notice provided in the App.

4.2 Payment and Billing

All in-app purchase transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. The developer does not directly process any payment information and does not store any payment card numbers or billing information.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests for in-app purchases must be submitted through the Apple App Store. The developer is not able to process refunds directly. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's policies. To request a refund, please visit Apple's Report a Problem page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

4.4 Restoring Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the App, you may use the in-app Restore Purchases feature to restore previously completed purchases made under the same Apple ID, at no additional charge.

4.5 Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the App offers subscription-based in-app purchases, subscriptions are billed annually or monthly and will automatically renew unless you manually cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal charges will be collected within 24 hours of the subscription period's end. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to application code, UI design, icons, branding, and algorithmic logic — belong to the developer and are protected by Chinese and international copyright law.

  • Intellectual property rights in text content recognized or generated by the App (such as document text or barcode data) belong to their respective original rights holders. The App makes no claim to such content.
  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 OCR Accuracy

OCR recognition results may be affected by image quality, lighting conditions, font style, material reflectivity, and image resolution. Accuracy cannot be guaranteed to be 100%. Comparison results provided by the App are for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for quality pass/fail decisions. Human review by a qualified professional is recommended.

6.2 Barcode Detection Limitations

Barcode detection performance depends on image clarity, the proportion of the barcode within the frame, and the completeness of the quiet zone. Maintaining sufficient shooting distance to ensure a complete quiet zone is recommended.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to quality pass errors, production losses, or customer claims resulting from recognition errors. The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Apple Platform Terms

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Regarding the allocation of responsibilities on the Apple platform:

  • Maintenance, technical support, and the responsibilities set out in these Terms are borne solely by the developer and are not the responsibility of Apple.
  • Apple bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
  • In the event of any claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, the developer (not Apple) shall be responsible for investigating, defending, and settling such claims.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, shall have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting the App. Deleting the App does not affect any PDF reports you have previously exported and saved locally, nor does it affect your completed in-app purchase entitlements (which can be restored upon reinstallation via Restore Purchases).

If you violate these Terms, the developer reserves the right to restrict or limit your access to specific App features through subsequent version updates.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court at the developer's location.
  • If you are a consumer user located in the EU, UK, Australia, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, the above governing law clause does not affect your rights under those laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through App version updates and displayed on the About page within the App. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
